Cases and Testimonials

  • “Max found me and informed me that my uncle had passed away several years ago. I had not spoken to that side of the family in 15 years and was left with many unanswered questions. Max helped me to claim my rightful inheritance as well as get back in touch with long-lost relatives.”

  • Genealogy for Holocaust Survivors

As is often the story for many European Jews, the genealogy for the family of our client was full of tragedy. When Rosa B, died in England in 2009, it seemed as if she had no family left behind. Almost every family member had been killed in the Holocaust in other tragic circumstances related to World War II. One cousin, however, had managed to escape to America in 1940. He had lived his whole life not knowing the fate of his family members and was very touched to see, that in attempting to find an heir, our research had put the pieces of his family story back together.

  • “When Mr. Kreindl contacted us, we were surprised and anxious to learn more. We had lost all contact with our nephew abroad years ago and didn't know he had passed away and left us money.”

  • Using Genealogy to Get Citizenship

A client from Argentina approached us in hopes of getting more information about his grandfather who had left Austria for Argentina in 1907. The research traced his grandfather back to a small town in Upper Austria. The work of our genealogists not only provided him with a better understanding of who his grandfather had been, but allowed our Argentinian client to later acquire Austrian citizenship.

  • “I am always a little skeptical of such things as there are so many fraudulent schemes out there today. Once we saw that it was a genuine probate case we were more than happy to work with North American Genealogical Services on our claim and additionally we learned more about our family and received a family chart.”

  • The Romanian Who Left Money Behind in America

Genealogists often get to be the bearer of great news. We were contacted by a bank to find the owner of a large sum of money that had been sitting in a bank account in the US for years. The search for the owner of the money led us to a small town in Transylvania. Although the owner of the money was deceased, leaving no children behind, we were, however, able to find his sister. Needless to say she was thrilled to inherit this money she didn’t even know existed.
